About

Expatiari expatria (genaud.net) is a collection of nonsense deemed critical to me, Alex Genaud, henceforth known as The Author. The Author suffers from delusions of granduer such that he not only believes someone reads what he has written, but he actually thinks a few people, including his own mother, care. It must be pointed out that no family member, neighbor, nor signifigant other has commented on-line nor in-person (except an ex-girlfriend who reminded him of this sad fact, thanks Sharon). This fact alone leads The Author through cycles of ecstatic flights of denial and morbid fits of depression which, it must be noted, adds a little je ne sais que to his earth shattering work.

Expatiari expatria in bastardized Latin might mean something like “to ramble about and wander in foreign lands”

expatiate: to speak or write at length or in considerable detail; to move about freely; to wander

expatriate: to banish or withdraw from one’s native country

Alex Genaud is an American living in Copenhagen, Denmark, with his Chinese dog. His interests include travel, food, meditation, dance, kite surfing, new technologies, and apparently linguistics.
